By registering or using the 1 Mauka Aur platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and members of the platform.
2. Eligibility
To use our platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a citizen or legal resident of India.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
- Not have been previously suspended or removed from the platform.
3. Investment Plans
1 Mauka Aur offers investment plans ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹2,00,000. Each ₹2,000 invested earns ₹10 per day. Investment returns are subject to the company's operational conditions and are not guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. MLM / Referral Income
Our 8-level referral income model allows members to earn from their network. Income is credited only when a referred member makes a valid investment. 1 Mauka Aur reserves the right to modify the referral structure at any time with prior notice.
5. Prohibited Activities
You must not engage in any of the following:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised purpose.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security.
- Soliciting other members for third-party schemes or businesses.
6. Account Termination
1 Mauka Aur reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, pending earnings may be forfeited based on the nature of the violation.
7. Limitation of Liability
1 Mauka Aur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount invested by the user in the past 30 days.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hazaribag, Jharkhand.
