1. General Policy

At 1 Mauka Aur, all investments made on our platform are considered final once processed. Due to the nature of our land investment and MLM earning model, refunds are generally not applicable once an investment plan has been activated.

2. Cooling-Off Period

A cooling-off period of 48 hours is provided from the time of investment. If you wish to cancel your investment, you must submit a written request within this period to our support team. Requests after 48 hours will not be entertained.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.
• Payment debited but investment plan not activated within 72 hours.
• Request submitted within the 48-hour cooling-off period.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Investment plan has been activated and earnings have started.
• Withdrawal request already processed.
• Account suspended due to policy violation or fraud.
• Change of mind after the 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Referral income or team bonuses already credited.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment source. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 1 Mauka Aur is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please:

• Include your full name, registered mobile number, investment amount, and transaction ID.
• Our support team will respond within 3 working days.

7. Changes to This Policy

1 Mauka Aur reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be published on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
